Court Dates

If you need to request a continuance of your court date, you must contact the Nodaway County Circuit Court office at (660) 582-5431 and make your request. The Nodaway County Prosecutor’s Office cannot grant continuances.

State Traffic Court (traffic cases, including speeding, careless and imprudent driving, no driver’s license, etc.) is held on Tuesdays at 8:30 a.m. in the courtroom on the second floor of the Nodaway County Courthouse, 305 North Main Street, Maryville, Missouri at (660) 582-5431.
State Court Appearances (arraignments) on all other criminal charges are held on Tuesdays at 830 a.m. in the courtroom on the second floor of the Nodaway County Courthouse, 305 North Main Street, Maryville, Missouri.
Your summons, ticket or notice from Court will advise you of the court date and time, or you may call the Court Clerk at (660) 582-5431.

If your ticket requires you to appear on a Tuesday at 4:15 p.m., it is a Maryville Municipal Court offense. The Nodaway County Prosecutor’s Office cannot assist you with those citations.
